Payable

The procedure for paying the order depends on your selection:

-30 per cent when signing the treaty;

- 40 per cent after harvesting of raw materials (before the manufacture of housework);

- 30% ahead of the shipment of a ready-made domicile from our factory.

For the purpose of economic feasibility, delivery services are paid separately by the employer to the carrier.

The number of days of master installation shall be specified by the parties further depending on the complexity and size of the facility.

The cost of the Chief Engineer is 150 Euro/day.

The Employer shall provide and finance the travel, accommodation and food of the Chief Engineer

Optimum:

- 30 per cent after harvesting of raw materials (before the manufacture of housework);

- 30% ahead of the shipment of a finished domicile from our factory;

- 10% after the installation of the kit.

The employer shall provide and finance the travel, accommodation and meals of the construction worker.

Delivery

The delivery of your house is generally carried out by a truck directly to the client ' s section.

To this end, up to 20 tons of vehicles are used.

A small house or bath usually put in the same car. If the size of your house does not allow for the transfer of it by one transport unit, the shipment shall be carried out in parts: first, at the bottom of the house (to be able to begin immediately to collect the cut), then at the top of the cut.
