Construction From Wood

I read the news today about housing and someone's up to it. I remember that, ten years ago, the popular masses of the thought that there was a construction revolution in Russia. Molly, we need to build new, new formats, new materials.
The main points were two. First, it was expected that small-scale construction would be targeted. Disgusting, it's ridiculous: on our infinite lipsticks, to pull houses up high like some Seoul or Tokyo. Small-sized urban houses are cheaper, more affordable, easier to service, and they don't turn the city into a single-tier concrete canyon. Second, it was about Canadians, Norwegians, Swedishs, and shit about any construction technology that's out of nowhere. From the straws, the deer, the hipposcoartone, the crafted wood, the latest heat insulaters. Molly, the houses will be light, fast-tracked and, again, cheap.
The Kuzbasians may recall that it was with these speeches that the construction of our Forest Polana, for example, was opened.
However, it is now possible to state that no innovation has been made. Even significantly increasing the pace of housing construction (where it works), we continue to build multi-ethnic concrete beds for hundreds of apartments on the model projects of the 1980s.
There was no such thing as the emergence of a "suburbia" in Russia, and there were no attempts worthy. No Canadian-American carton cabins. There was no new impetus to development, even the traditional construction of a tree for Russia.
Why?
