Thank you for choosing Homewood Suites by Hilton® Dayton South. Although we welcome you and your pet to stay with us, we ask that you please review and accept the pet policy below. Our goal is to make you - and your pet - feel at home!
Deposit and Fees:
Any guest with a pet must have an approved credit card on file or a $200.00 cash deposit above and beyond anticipated room & tax charges. Guests traveling with pets will be charged a $25.00 one-time maintenance fee regardless of the length of stay to assure a thorough carpet and furniture cleaning upon your departure from our hotel. Additionally, a $10.00 per day housekeeping fee will be charged to your suite. You are responsible for any damages to hotel property, excessive cleaning, or pest extermination that may be required from your pet visiting with us.
Housekeeping:
Pets must be restrained in a cage in order for our housekeeping staff to enter your suite safely. Housekeeping is required to enter and clean your suite at least every three days.
Public Areas:
Pets are strictly prohibited within indoor public areas other than hall corridors, stairwells, or elevators. Pets are not allowed in the courtyard, pool area, Suite Shop, lodge, or food service areas.
Pet Waste:
You are responsible for immediate removal of all waste caused by your pet on hotel grounds.
100% Satisfaction:
Guests traveling with pets are to assure that their pet will not disturb others, including barking. You agree to be responsible to reimburse the hotel for any refunds given under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee caused by your pet disturbing others.
